Following our business model, AIT Spatial provides a range of support services to suit your individual business needs.
Basic Support
Installation and authorisation help provided to all clients.
Standard Support - yearly or quarterly options
Telephone support using a dedicated number, provided with contract. We aim to take all incoming calls immediately; if not, AIT Spatial will use its best endeavours to achieve a target response time of one hour from receipt of phone call. Should the fault be extensive, we will own the problem until a solution can be investigated.
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 9.30am and 5.00pm.
Call by Call Support
For the more advanced users this is an ideal option for the occasional problem, with a fixed cost per call, giving up to 2 hours solution time. We aim to resolve your issue; if not, we will discuss this with you before proceeding further.
Proactive Support
This allows you to purchase on-site support at a daily rate and covers installation and configuration through to bespoke training and application implementation. Application development is only covered by Proactive Support through prior agreement.

Software Audit

AIT Spatial will visit you and check all your CAD systems to ensure you are using your investment to its full potential. This involves discussion with each key user as well as checking their system. We will provide a report on the software, data production and handling, personnel training requirements and recommendations.
